Recreate the first reference image (a cartoon frame) as a real live-action film still. Keep exactly the same camera angle, framing, character positions, poses, gaze directions and lighting. The marble lobby of an old building, straight-on, a brass elevator in the centre with its doors open and a warm light inside, a brass arrow indicator above the doors, a staircase on the right. Inside the elevator stands the real woman (her face exactly as the woman close-up reference: sleek black hair in a low knot, dark almond eyes, red lipstick) in the long bright red sleeveless gown with a side slit and black heels, full figure, her finger on the button, amused. Real photograph, 35mm film look, natural skin texture, cinematic. Shop signs and plates are blank, no letters. No text, no watermark.
