Recreate this exact cinematic film shot from the reference image as a brand-new photorealistic render. Match exactly: the composition and framing, the camera angle and lens, the lighting direction, the light rays and haze, the color grade, and the design of every object and character, including markings painted on them. Ultra detailed 35mm film still, natural film grain, cinematic contrast. No captions, no subtitles, no watermark, no logos, no borders. Scene: Elena camina penosamente por el camino árido, sosteniendo su medallón de plata con fuerza. Fix these differences from the reference: Character's left hand position differs - in ORIGINAL it's near the bag strap, in REMAKE it's placed on chest/torso; Character's body position is lower/more crouched in REMAKE compared to ORIGINAL; REMAKE shows visible ornamental belt buckle/medallion on waist that is less visible or different in ORIGINAL; Character's facial expression appears slightly different - more strained in REMAKE.
