Full-length view, the entire figure visible from head to feet, standing upright, centered against a storm-lashed northern harbour of grey stone ramparts and crashing sea. Olavar Smasher is a towering, broad-shouldered warlord in his late forties, weathered pale Nordic skin, a heavy scarred jaw, steel-grey eyes, and a thick iron-grey beard braided at the chin. His hair is swept back, greying at the temples. He wears a dark steel-grey monolithic plate harness, matte and battle-worn, the breastplate embossed with a bear-and-wolf sigil, a fur-lined wolf-pelt mantle over the shoulders. A long iron-grey warhammer rests head-down at his feet, one gauntleted hand on its haft. Grim, resolute expression, feet planted in heavy riveted steel sabatons on wet flagstones. Wind drives cold rain and his tattered grey cloak sideways.
