The next key frame of the same shot as image 1, in exactly the same drawing style, with exactly the same camera, framing, sunshine, rainbow and background, and the man and the woman in the same places. A moment later the man, still holding the red rose in his left hand, has carelessly raised his right hand beside his face with five spread fingers and a breezy, carefree smile, as if saying "I'll just pop out, five minutes". The woman has lifted her head from his shoulder and opened her eyes; her smile is frozen, and right above her head a tiny black storm cloud has popped into existence with a little white spark of lightning. Each has exactly two arms and two hands, five fingers each. No text, no letters.
