Photorealistic vertical 9:16 phone-video frame, a closer shot. The woman from reference image 1 (younger silver-haired American woman, clear skin) — keep her younger face exactly as reference 1. Same bright minimalist American kitchen, small American flag, cream linen shirt.
Close-up emphasis: she holds up a clear glass in which chia seeds have fully SWELLED into a thick translucent gel (visible gelatinous chia-gel texture with the little seeds suspended), lifting a spoon of the gel to show how thick it is. Her face is partly in frame above, looking at the gel then to camera. Appetizing, bright natural daylight, youthful clear complexion. No on-screen text, no captions, no watermark.
