Cinematic waist shot, side view. A 19-year-old female surgeon Zoya wearing a huge, oversized wet overcoat. She is holding a sapper shovel with both hands, striking a central wooden ceiling beam in a dark, cramped 1942 earthen dugout. Heavy snow and dirt are falling from above. In the background on an operating table lies a wounded commander Mikhail, his eyes wide with pain. Dynamic, shaky hand-held camera, strong camera shake. Shot on Sony VENICE 2, Angenieux Optimo Ultra 12x lens, f/2.8, ISO 3200. Cold blue light from the snow piercing through the cracks, contrasting with the warm orange fading light of a kerosene lamp. High shutter speed (1/200) to freeze falling snow particles. Photorealism, 8k. --ar 16:9
