Redraw this exact image in exactly the same painterly 3D style, same kitchen, same light, same composition and pose. Only changes to the girl MAY: she has a FULL set of neat white baby teeth, NO missing tooth, NO gap; she points with her whole arm and an OPEN HAND (palm open, fingers together), not a single index finger; her dark hair is in TWO buns on top of her head with rust-colored hair ties, the right bun slightly looser and lower. Keep the yellow raincoat, striped shirt, red shorts, yellow boots with a half-peeled duck sticker, round backpack. No text.
