- API credits are a separate balance used only by the developer API and MCP. Your Doitong app credits are never touched.
- You pay only for successful runs: failed and canceled runs are refunded automatically.
File storage
100 API credits ($0.10) per GB per month
On: new output files are kept until you delete them and billed daily from your API balance. Off: new files are free and deleted after 7 days.

- The switch applies to new requests. Files you already have keep their setting; delete them any time with DELETE /requests/{id}/files.
- Choose per request with ?storage=permanent or ?storage=temporary (the storage argument in MCP).
- Charged once a day from your API balance (1 GB = 1024³ bytes). If the balance runs out, you have 30 days to top up before kept files become temporary.
